Our projects span globaly and range widely between industries. At the core of all of these projects is the ACT Ethical framework. Outlined below are some of our projects and investments that have scored high on the ACT Ethical Dimensionalisation Grid. They best reflect the type of project that we seek for investment and co-operative expansion.

Middle East

Saudi Arabia Oversaw the acquisition of one of Saudi Arabia’s largest investment banks. We obtained all necessary licenses and approvals for foreign investors to obtain entry into one of the world’s wealthiest markets.

Iraq Our team were extensively involved in rebuilding Iraq after the second invasion. We were heavily involved in the establishment of the new Baghdad Stock Exchange, the rebuilding of infrastructure, the acquisition of mining tenements and the introduction of numerous security companies. We acted as the local presence for some of the world’s largest corporations and oversaw more than $50bn worth of investment into Iraq into various projects. Our largest contribution was the acquisition of oil fields and related licenses between Baghdad and Basra for a multinational client.

UAE We have represented dozens of international companies with their business expansion to the UAE. We have also providing strategic advice, capital partner and risk management expertise.

Africa

Kenya and Ghana We have been involved in the development and implementation of numerous low-income housing projects in western and central Africa. We remain committed to these projects and are currently in discussion to implement similar projects in East Africa. These projects have employed and trained hundreds of local workers and in one instance were supported by the United Nations.

Namibia We have partnered with key mining companies in developing three uranium projects in Namibia. A core part of the investment was the development of new extractive processes that allowed greater surface extraction, increasing efficiency and reducing the potential contamination caused by traditional uranium extraction methods.

South and South East Asia

Pakistan We helped form leatherwork production and wholesaling co-operatives for the efficient manufacture of protective clothing. Our factories in Pakistan provide protective and fashion clothing for export to over 20 countries and provide over 100 jobs to local workers whose employment in competitive factories was leading to low standards of living.

Philippines Our team has worked with many of the largest companies in Philippines. We have assisted numerous international companies locate and negotiate joint ventures for both mining and agriculture projects. We have facilitated one of the largest tapioca operations in South East Asia as well as various coal seam gas projects throughout Mindanao.

China

China Shaanxi We have assisted a Shanxi snack food and beverage manufacturers to IPO on international stock exchange and expand globally from China. In the process we have been able to substantially restructure the manufacturer, creating a more global outlook and greater autonomy for management.

China Yibin We have worked closely with a key baijiu manufacturer to preserve and export traditional brewing methods internationally. Manufactured in the world’s largest traditionally built ceramic brewery and aged in a traditional baijiu cave, we have gone to great lengths to bring the beauty of traditional processes to the western world.

USA

US Universities We have partnered with US based universities and private enterprises to help develop highly efficient lithium-ion batteries. Our investment involved vertical integration into numerous supply chains to provide steady and reliable supply of raw materials. These batteries are now being implemented and developed by multiple governments.
